Diceymio's Terms & Conditions — everything explained in plain language

By accessing or using Diceymio (diceymio.app), you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using Diceymio.

This document constitutes a legal agreement between Diceymio and any user of our platform. References to "we", "us", or "Diceymio" mean the company operating diceymio.app, while "you" or "user" refers to any individual — registered or not — who accesses this platform.

Diceymio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Please check this page regularly.

Registration on Diceymio is completely free. You are required to provide accurate and truthful information when signing up. Accounts created with false or misleading details may be closed at any time.

• Each person may only One Account open. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.
• Keep your account password confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account.
• Report any unusual activity on your account to our support team immediately.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be active and accurate.
• Diceymio may request ID or other supporting documents for account verification.

To use Diceymio, you must be at least 18 years of age Users must meet the minimum age requirement. This platform is strictly off-limits to minors.

We believe protecting minors is a fundamental responsibility of every platform. If a user is suspected to be underage, Diceymio may immediately suspend their account and request age verification.

• By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• A national ID card or passport may be requested as proof of age.
• Registration from restricted regions or countries is not permitted.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on Diceymio and must be followed by every user.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled — except in certain specific circumstances.
• If a bet is placed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, Diceymio reserves the right to void that bet.
• For bets affected by delays or connection issues during live betting, Diceymio's decision is final.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with our betting rules.
• Bets may be voided if match-fixing or any other illegal activity is suspected.

Diceymio accepts a variety of payment methods, including Mobile Pay and Nagad. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposits are generally credited instantly or within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Diceymio may carry out additional verification for any transactions deemed suspicious.
• International anti-money laundering (AML) policies are strictly followed.

• Rollover Requirements: A minimum wagering amount is required before any bonus can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements vary by bonus — check the offers page for details.
• Bonus validity: Every bonus has an expiry period. If the requirements are not met within that time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Taking advantage of the same promotion more than once is prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is detected, your account may be suspended.
• Diceymio reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

All Diceymio users must use the platform honestly and responsibly. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to manipulate the betting system.
• Using bots, automation software, or any technology that provides an unfair strategic advantage.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users.
• Attempting to bypass or circumvent the platform's security measures.
• Using Diceymio for any unlawful purpose.

Diceymio reserves the right to close an account without notice and forfeit any balance if any of the above rules are violated.

Diceymio may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• If the user is found to be underage.
• Evidence of fraud or deception.
• Irregular financial transactions.

You may close your account at any time by emailing support@diceymio.app. Please withdraw your balance before requesting account closure.

Diceymio always strives to deliver the highest quality service. However, there are limits to our liability in certain areas:

• Diceymio is not liable for any bets that fail to process due to internet connectivity issues.
• We are not directly responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems.
• Diceymio is not liable for any loss resulting from a user sharing their own password.
• Service may be temporarily unavailable due to unexpected technical issues.
